I’ve been feeling like shit lately bc I gained 5lbs. And I just can’t get back on track, I’ve been sooo busy with school and work. And I literally cannot eat anymore chicken breast or salad. I just can’t. Sigh. I just hate myself so much right now for not pushing hard enough. Sighhh! I know I’m not where I want to be but I should be very, very PROUD of how far I’ve come. Losing -50 lbs is not easy my friends. It is not, it takes literally extreme food sacrifices and extreme workout.
